SIENO CJT1-10A AC CONTACTOR

Sieno CJT1-10A AC Contactor is designed for long-distance on & off in circuit and frequently starting and controlling AC motors in power system of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V and rated current 100A or rated voltage up to 380V and rated current 150A. It also can be used as electronmagnetic starter assembled with other thermal relay or electrical protection apparatus to protect circuit against overload.The products are in conformity with such standards as GB 14048.4 and IEC 60947-4-1.
Normal working conditions and installation conditions:
1. The altitude of installation sites do not exceed 2000m;

2.Ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed 35 degrees Celsius; Minimum ambient air temperature is -5 degrees Celsius;

3.The air relative humidity of installation sites does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40
Celsius; while can be allowed to have higher relative humidity at a lower temperature, such as to reach 90% at 20 degree Celsius. Special measures should be taken to solve the occasional.
condensation due to temperature changes.

4.The tilt with the vertical is not more than 5 degrees; Mine starter is composed of the contact mounting

Structural features:
Sieno CJT1-10A AC Contactor is a patent new product based on improving and designing original CJ10 series A C contactor,which can replace the eliminated CJ10 series AC contactor,The shape and dimensions of contactor remain the same as the original CJ10 series. Its contacts and arc extinguishing system have improved greatly, so its highest rated working voltage is improved from380V to 660V.The argil arcing cover is changed into DMC plastic arc extinguishing cover,and add arc extinguishing pieces into it.Meanwhile,the contact structure design is also improved so as to improve the arc extinguishing performance and to increase the contact life,to reduce flashover distance and the weight of the product as well as to eliminate the drawbacks of argil arcing cover easily damaged.
